Satsang Vacation Retreat In Costa Rica
Samasati Nature Retreat, April 28-May 5, 2007
with Deva Premal and Miten

Fully Booked
  Hi Friends,

A few years ago we were invited to play at a meditation festival to inaugurate the Samasati Nature Retreat in Costa Rica.

It was an uplifting experience, one that inspired the composition of the same name on The Essence CD, and one that also left us contemplating buying land there and settling down. (Luckily we changed our minds, and decided instead, to continue travelling with the music!)

Last year we returned to Samasati and were once again reminded just how beautiful it is. So much so, that we thought it would be nice to share it with you, in the form of a seven day holiday.

We’d like to offer you the opportunity to spend some time in this rainforest paradise, where you will wake every morning to the sound of monkeys, parrots and tucans, where you can stroll through the lush forest in which Samasati nestles, take daily trips (15 minute shuttle service) to the beach, which is lapped by the warm Caribbean ocean, (and connected to a tiny village with some very good restaurants and bars), and at extra expense, have the option of taking hiking, snorkelling, and white water rafting excursions, yoga sessions, or trips into some of the most pristine National Parks in Costa Rica, which offer canopy tours and abundant wild life...

Samasati even offers an excursion to a local Shaman, whose village is tucked way back in the forest and who is available for healing sessions and personal counselling.

DolphinsYou will be fed well – three vegetarian meals a day (fish optional), along with comfortable accommodation in the elegant chalets which inhabit the gardens of Samasati.

A romantic, night time Jacuzzi session is a must, under the stars, and overlooking the forest and distant ocean.

In addition to all this, we will frame your holiday with two daily chanting sessions – one in the morning before the activities begin, and another in the evening before bedtime. Deva will also be sharing her early morning ‘Divine Healing’ exercises, in which she was trained many years ago by Swami Prashantam, during her years at Osho’s ashram in Pune. These movements are based on ancient Chinese medicine, and will be offered daily, as part of your holiday.

We have room for 30 participants only, so please book early, as we have already received many enquiries.

See you there!

With love,
Deva and Miten
